How to request deletion
Email us at info@kawkabaljamal.com, message us on WhatsApp at +964 773 945 2020, or use our Contact page — with the subject “Delete my data”.
Please include the phone number you used to order or sign in, so we can find your records. For your protection, we may send a one-time code to that number to confirm the request is really from you.

If you signed in with Facebook or Instagram
You can remove our app's access from your Facebook or Instagram account under Settings → Apps and Websites. That stops any further sharing, but it does not remove data already stored by us — please also send us a deletion request using the steps above so we can delete it from our side.
What we delete
Your account and sign-in records, your phone number, saved delivery addresses, wishlist, marketing preferences, reviews you have posted, and any messages you have sent us.
What we must keep
We are required to keep completed order and invoice records for the period set by Iraqi tax and accounting law. These records are kept only for that legal purpose, are not used for marketing, and are deleted once the required period ends.
How long it takes
We confirm your request within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days. We will message you once it is done.
