By using kawkabaljamal.com or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Products and prices
All prices are shown in Iraqi Dinar (IQD). Prices and availability may change at any time before your order is confirmed.
We photograph every piece as accurately as we can, but colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen. Embroidery and beadwork are hand-finished, so small variations are normal and are not defects.
If a price or description is published in error, we may correct it and, if needed, cancel the affected order and refund you.
Placing an order
You can order through our website or on WhatsApp. Your order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed once we confirm it.
We usually call or message you on WhatsApp to confirm your order and delivery time. We may decline or cancel an order if the item is out of stock or we cannot reach you.
Payment
Cash on Delivery: pay in cash when your order arrives.
Bank transfer: we can send you a payment link on WhatsApp to complete payment.
Card payment: where card payment is offered, it is handled securely by our payment processor.
Delivery
We dispatch within 24 hours of confirming your order. Most orders arrive within 2 to 4 days depending on your city.
Delivery is free on orders over 100,000 IQD; below that a flat delivery fee applies. Please make sure someone is available at the address to receive the order.
Exchanges and returns
If the size or fit is not right, you can exchange within 5 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and with their tags attached.
For hygiene reasons, some items such as underwear cannot be exchanged. Contact us and we will arrange the exchange.
Your account
You sign in using your phone number and a one-time code sent on WhatsApp. Please keep access to your phone secure — you are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
Acceptable use
Please do not misuse our website, attempt to disrupt it, submit false reviews, or copy our photographs, designs or text for commercial use. Wholesale buying requires a separate agreement with us.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including photographs, designs, logos and text, belongs to Kawkab Al Jamal and may not be reproduced without our written permission.
Our responsibility
We are responsible for delivering the items you ordered in the condition described. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq and the Kurdistan Region, and any dispute will be handled by the competent courts in Erbil.
